Recorded in Florida by 15 virtuosos instrumentalists under the conduction of pianist and arranger Jeremy Franklin Goodman, An Evening Of Latin Jazz proposes a musical discourse that builds bridges between jazz and Latin music with variants such as Brazilian popular music, Afro-Cuban as the mambo, the cha-cha-cha and the sauce.

Of the 13 cuts we heard, 10 are original -composed and arranged by Goodman himself- and only two are previously recorded versions: Golliwogg’s Cakewalk (Claude Debussy) and Rhapsody in Blue (George Gershwin).

Different soloists are featured along the thirteen numbers that make up the production: Craig Christman (saxophone), Mark Pettey (trumpet) in Aqui Vamos; Craig Christman and MArk Petty repeat in Like A Bossa; Sara MacDonald (saxophone), George Mancini (trombone) and Keith Doxie (percussion); Dave Pate (Dance with Me) among others.
