Popular is a round album that only gives us original music created by all members of the collective. The discharges, the montunos and guajiras are the order of the day. An excellent beginning for a collective that took the responsibility of rescuing the sauce of the old school. Amores Del Centro has a melody that hooks right from the start with pregones of Lawey Segura and Julian Ortiz (Toño Barrio) and a solo by Venezuelan Klennder Rosales On the trombone. Walk The Flute is a son montuno with incorporated surprise that gives us delivery of a great solo of the flute of the Argentine Florence Jaurena. El Barrio is a down with an outstanding performance by Andres Vela (saxophone), who repeats only in Intro. The Bet on a guajira with a fabulous performance by Emmanuel Guerrero on the piano while Rumbero, as the name implies, presents an introduction of rumba (guaguanco). Veneno, a down of more than 7 minutes with several moments where Emmanuel Guerrero performs the piano solo.
